A new high-tech industrial complex was built in the Lyublino area as part of large-scale investment project. This was mentioned on his channel in in the messenger “Max” Sergey Sobyanin said.
“A four-story building with an area of almost 14 thousand square meters is located on Stavropolskaya Street. For the implementation of the project, the city allocated 0.9 hectares of land on preferential terms,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

The Noman industrial park is designed for manufacturing in the fields of electronics, printing, and light industry. All floors in the building are made of reinforced concrete structures. This is done so that heavy equipment can be installed on different floors.
“More than 260 jobs have been created for highly skilled specialists. The building is in demand: to date, companies have already occupied 90 percent of the space,” added the Mayor of Moscow.
Among the enterprises located in the new industrial complex are a large medical-cosmetic company, manufacturers of innovative contact lenses, and high-precision equipment.
The complex is connected to the city’s main thoroughfares: Volgograd Avenue, Moscow High-Speed Diameter and the MKAD. Within walking distance are stops for surface transportation, and the Lyublino metro station is just a few minutes away by car.
