In accordance with the Listing Rules of PJSC Moscow Exchange, the Chairman of the Management Board on September 3, 2026, made the following decisions:
1. Include “03” September 2026 in the “First Level” section of the List of securities admitted to trading on PJSC Moscow Exchange, in connection with the receipt of the application:
1.1. Non-convertible interest (coupon) non-documentary bonds secured by a pledge of monetary claims and a guarantee from the Limited Liability Company “Specialized Project Finance Society DOM.RF”, issue registration number – 4-14-00598-R-001P dated 21.05.2026.
2. Include the securities specified in paragraph 1 in the Segment of National and Adaptation Projects of the Sustainable Development Sector in connection with the receipt of the organization’s letter.
