Representatives of Moscow technology companies can undergo free training at the Innovation and Education Complex “Technograd“. Applications for the third cohort of flagship educational tracks are accepted from September 2 to October 1.
This year, employees will be able to train in teams of up to three people from the same organization in each direction. There are five programs available in total — in artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, product management, HR analytics, and digital product marketing. The training is focused on developing the competencies of active teams in Moscow’s technology business.
Classes will take place from October 17 to December 12 in a hybrid format. Online modules will be combined with in-person meetings in Moscow. The instructors will be professionals working in the relevant fields. They will work with participants on practical tasks and analyze real work situations.
“In the new batch, we are changing the approach to flagship programs and focusing on the demands of technology businesses. Now applications are accepted from Moscow-based companies, which can send several employees for training for free, thereby developing competencies within the team. The training will conclude with a productathon; this format will allow the practical application of the acquired knowledge and assess its effectiveness on specific business cases,” said Maria Bogomolova, Deputy Head.
Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow.
How the training will take place
The partners of the third stream will be four companies: the educational platforms Hexlet and Netology, as well as newcomers to the flagship tracks, Gazprombank.Tech and the provider of cloud services and artificial intelligence technologies, Cloud Technologies.
The educational program includes five tracks, two of which are already familiar to the flagship program attendees — these are the directions “Data Analytics” and “Fundamentals of Product Management.” The tracks “Analytics and Basics of Automation in Personnel Management” and “Marketing and Promotion of Digital Products” are being opened for the first time. The course “AI in Business” has been updated by involving a partner company.
On the “Data Analytics” track of the educational platform “Hexlet,” listeners will master tools for data processing and analysis. The acquired skills can be used to assess company metrics and prepare data-driven decisions.
The “Fundamentals of Product Management” program from the educational platform “Netology” will help you study the stages of creating and developing a product — from audience analysis and its needs to working with key metrics and management tools.
The “AI in Business” program, prepared jointly with the cloud services and artificial intelligence technologies provider “Cloud Technologies,” is dedicated to integrating intelligent algorithms into workflows. The course will discuss the main types of AI tasks, their use in business, as well as the development of projects for AI implementation and the evaluation of practical results.
The track “Analytics and Fundamentals of Automation in Human Resource Management” from the educational platform “Netology” is dedicated to modern digital tools in HR processes and working with personnel data. Listeners will become acquainted with approaches that help analyze processes within a team and automate routine tasks.
The “Marketing and Promotion of Digital Products” program was developed with the participation of the Gazprombank.Tech accelerator. In the course, participants will learn how to promote digital products even with a limited budget: preparing marketing materials, setting up basic analytics and tracking key metrics, assigning tasks to contractors, and using AI tools to increase conversion rates and initiate initial sales.
Each program focuses on an in-depth study of in-demand digital skills with an emphasis on their practical application. At the end of the training, there will be a practice day — a productathon. Participants will form teams to work on the challenges of Moscow’s tech business and present their solutions to experts. This format allows them to test the acquired knowledge in practice and see how it can be applied in real projects.
Who can participate
Applications for participation can be submitted by Moscow-based technology companies — legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Employees over 18 years old, with higher or secondary professional education, who are ready to attend in-person events in Moscow are eligible for training. One specialist can take only one course within the program.
Preliminary preparation is not a mandatory requirement: participants will acquire the necessary knowledge and tools directly during the training. The program “Analytics and Basics of Automation in Human Resource Management” is suitable for specialists familiar with the employee lifecycle and basic HR management metrics — such as hiring time and cost, staff turnover, efficiency, and employee engagement.
To participate in the selection, a company representative must fill out the questionnaire on the organization’s letterhead. Up to 55 people will be enrolled in each program, and a total of 230 participants will join the new cohort. They will be notified of the selection results by the email address provided when applying, by October 9.
Participants who complete at least 70 percent of the online program and attend at least two out of the three in-person meetings will receive certificates confirming the knowledge and skills acquired.
You can apply for training at website. The practical benefits of the programs are noted by participants of previous sessions. Andrey Savelyev, CEO of LLC “Domains.RF,” completed the track on artificial intelligence. According to him, the training helped systematize knowledge about neural networks and immediately move on to their application in the company.
“For me as a leader, it was especially valuable to form a holistic understanding of AI technologies and to gain tools that can be applied in work. We are already using this knowledge to optimize internal processes without involving external consultants. I plan to recommend such training to my management team as well,” shared Andrey Savelyev.
At the company One! International School, one of the employees completed the training, and after finishing the program, the new approaches were implemented into the practice of an entire department. According to the company’s CEO Maxim Natapov, the program participant returned with a clear plan to optimize business processes and immediately began applying the new tools in practice. He now heads a competence center formed around him and shares knowledge with colleagues. It was especially important for the company that the solutions proposed in the course did not require lengthy adaptation to work tasks.
“Technograd” is a unique innovative educational complex for professional training of specialists, where you can receive new knowledge and practical skills for free, as well as improve your qualifications. The project is implemented by ANO “Human Capital Development”, subordinate to Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow.
Flagship educational tracks first appeared in the Technohrad innovative educational complex in the fall of 2025. More than 5,500 applications were submitted across two streams, and the most in-demand program had a competition ratio of 44 applicants per place.
