The State Budgetary Institution “Small Business of Moscow” (MBM) continues to develop the distance learning system for entrepreneurs and launches a new free course “Marketing as a System: From Market Analysis to Scaling”. It is available to all registered users.
The training will help develop a promotion strategy both at the stage of business launch and during its development, use the advertising budget rationally, and attract more customers. No special knowledge in marketing is required to take the course.
The course is built on the principle of sequential immersion in the topic. Within the first modules, participants will study the basics of marketing, analyze common mistakes in business promotion, master market research tools and target audience segmentation, as well as learn how to set goals and objectives.
The next part of the training program is dedicated to strategy development. It includes lessons on positioning, creating a unique selling proposition, forming the marketing mix based on the 4P model (product, price, place, promotion), as well as building a sales funnel and customer journey.
A separate module covers modern promotion channels. Entrepreneurs will master the basic principles of content and internet marketing, learn how to work with a website creation platform, set up advertising, and interact with partners.
In addition, the training program includes sections dedicated to planning, budgeting, and marketing automation. At the end of the course, participants will learn how to monitor key performance indicators and identify business growth points.
Each module comes with a summary containing the main points and practical recommendations to help quickly review the material covered. The training is completely remote. Access to all materials is available from day one, so you can study at a convenient pace. The program consists of short lessons and practical assignments and can be completed in four to five weeks.
Thirteen practicing experts in marketing, advertising, web design, content, sales, and business process automation participated in the creation of the course.
