Currently, a non-residential premises with an area of 385.1 square meters in the Strogino district is up for open auction. Here, one can place a choreography school, cultural center, sports complex with recreation areas, or another organization at the investor’s discretion. The property has a free designation, which allows implementing any business idea in it. Proximity to park areas and the Moscow River embankment may positively influence the demand for the future project,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The property is located at: 39 Isakovskogo Street, building 1. The premises are on the first floor of a multi-apartment building and have a separate entrance. The seller is a capital city Department of Urban Property.
Applications will be accepted until September 24, and the auctions will take place on October 6 on an electronic platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
