Processing documents for apartments on renovation program were completed by residents of 37 resettled houses in the Kuzminki district. More than a third of the buildings were located on Yunykh Lenintsev Street. Most of them have already been fully resettled and dismantled. This was reported by Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of City Property.
“In the Kuzminki district, all residents of 37 old buildings — more than 7,900 people — have received apartments in new buildings under the renovation program. Since the beginning of 2026, the list of such buildings has been expanded by seven addresses. The street with the most old buildings where 100 percent of residents have completed the paperwork for new housing during the implementation of the program in the district has been Yunykh Lenintsev Street — 13. Almost all of these five-story buildings have already been demolished,” said Ekaterina Solovyeva.
In addition, the document processing was completed by residents of nine houses on Volgogradsky Prospekt, as well as 15 buildings on Yeseninsky Boulevard and the streets Zhigulevskaya, Marshal Chuikov, Shumilova, and Zelenodolskaya.
The least amount of time for viewing apartments and signing contracts this year was needed by the residents of building 95, block 2 on Yunykh Lenintsev Street — just over four months. At the beginning of the program’s implementation, it took about a year for one building.
“A total of 287 old residential buildings in the Kuzminki district have been included in the current renovation program. All of them will be gradually resettled and demolished, and modern new buildings with well-equipped courtyards and accompanying infrastructure will be built in their place. Apartments in the new buildings have improved layouts and finished interiors. More than 64,000 people in Kuzminki will receive such housing,” clarified the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the city Department of Urban Development Policy.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and involves the resettlement of 5,176 buildings. The Mayor of Moscow ordered an increase the pace of the renovation program implementation twice as much.
Sergey Sobyanin also emphasized that under the renovation program, buildings were constructed in the Timiryazevsky district five residential complexes, five more are currently under construction.
