The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC “NOVATEK” approved the dividend amount for 2025
Moscow, April 1, 2026.The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC “NOVATEK” made a decision on the payment of dividends based on the results of 2025. The total dividend payments for 2025 will amount to 82.73 rubles per ordinary share, including interim dividends paid based on the results of the first half of 2025 in the amount of 35.50 rubles per ordinary share.
The date on which the persons entitled to receive dividends are determined is April 13, 2026. Dividends will be paid in cash no later than May 20, 2026.
PJSC “NOVATEK” is one of the largest independent producers of natural gas in Russia. In 2017, the Company entered the international LNG market following the successful launch of the “Yamal LNG” project. Founded in 1994, the Company is engaged in exploration, production, processing, and sale of gas and liquid hydrocarbons.
