The government has approved the compliance monitoring plan for 2027. This work involves collecting, analyzing, and evaluating information on how existing legal norms are applied in practice. Based on the results of such monitoring, decisions are made to improve legal regulation in various sectors.
The monitoring plan is formed annually by the Ministry of Justice based on proposals from ministries, agencies, and regions, and is approved by a Government order.
In particular, according to the signed document, in 2027 an assessment of law enforcement regarding the provision of social support measures to participants of the special military operation and their families, as well as countering the involvement of minors in illegal activities using the internet, will be conducted.
In addition, an assessment will be given of law enforcement in the area of land plots adjacent to water bodies, and of changes in the permitted uses of buildings and structures.
Responsible executors have been appointed for each of these directions, who will have to submit reports on the results of the conducted monitoring to the Ministry of Justice.
