The city mobile app “My Moscow” has been downloaded almost 10 million times since its launch in 2019. This was reported by Natalya Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow. It contains all the most in-demand services and features of the mos.ru portal — from submitting meter readings and topping up the ‘Troika’ card to purchasing tickets for cultural events.

“The application has been used 273 million times in total, and 74 million of those since the beginning of this year. With its help, the residents of the capital solve various everyday tasks daily, plan leisure activities, engage in charity, and get city news,” said Natalya Sergunina.

The main functions are distributed among thematic sections presented on the main screen — these are “Home,” “Family,” “Health,” “Transport,” and “Leisure and Tickets.”

For example, users have access at any time to the service of calling a technician or submitting a request for the removal of unwanted items: clothing, household appliances, furniture.

It is convenient for parents to monitor their children’s attendance and meals at school, as well as to enroll them in clubs and sections.

In the “Payments” section, in addition to paying utility bills, you can make donations to the programs of verified charitable foundations.

The “News of Moscow” section, which is regularly updated, helps to keep track of the main city events.

New services

The application is constantly being developed, improving functionality and expanding the list of services. Thus, this year a digital assistant was introduced in test mode, which facilitates the search for services. It processes not only text messages but also voice.

Another new service is “Renovation.” It allows participants of the program with the same name to monitor all stages of relocation and document processing, have necessary information and contacts at hand, and order free moving services.

Recently, the option to purchase tickets through “Mosbilet” was added for performances, exhibitions, movie screenings, concerts, and other events. You can set up a search by date and event format, as well as filter free options or those available with the Pushkin Card. The tickets are saved within the app — just show them on your phone screen when entering.

The provision of socially significant services in electronic form corresponds to the objectives of the national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State” and the regional project of Moscow “Digital State Governance.” More about Russia’s national projects and the capital’s contribution is at special page.

The mos.ru portal is the core of the capital’s digital ecosystem. Today, it hosts more than 460 services and features that help solve almost any issue online. In a convenient digital format, you can pay bills, check your child’s grades and schedule at school, submit meter readings, book a veterinary appointment for your pet, buy tickets to performances and concerts, and much more.
