On September 5 and 6, open house days will be held at three women’s health centers in Moscow. Here, you can learn how the new-format institutions operate and have personal consultations with specialists. This was announced by Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.
“Moscow is consistently developing a network of women’s health centers according to the new standard of obstetric and gynecological care. In June, we opened the 17th center. The new format replaces women’s consultation centers, integrates into the structure of multidisciplinary hospitals, and allows the entire patient pathway to be arranged within a single medical space. Before the institutions begin their work, we hold open house days, which have already become a good tradition. Such events remain in demand: each tour is attended by over a thousand women. On September 5 and 6, three new centers will open their doors to Muscovite women — at the V.V. Veresayev Hospital, as well as at the F.I. Inozemtsev Hospital and the Moscow Multidisciplinary Clinical Center “Kommunarka.” For us, this is an opportunity to talk about the new approach to care, and for women — to get acquainted with the clinics’ work, personally communicate with specialists, and get answers to important questions about their health,” Anastasia Rakova noted.
An extensive program has been prepared for the visitors. Guests will be able to tour the center’s premises, offices, and equipment, meet with obstetricians-gynecologists, and ask them questions about women’s health. In each of the centers, assistance to women is organized according to a unified new standard of outpatient obstetric and gynecological care. The centers are equipped with modern equipment, and internal logistics are arranged so that a patient can receive the necessary assistance in one place — undergo preventive and diagnostic examinations, receive consultations from specialists and treatment, take care of reproductive health, prepare for pregnancy, and be monitored during and after childbirth.
Special attention is paid to how the centers are arranged. They create a comfortable environment with convenient navigation, mother and child rooms, and other solutions for patients. Together with the work of a multidisciplinary team, this makes medical care as convenient as possible at every stage — from the first contact to further monitoring.
The centers where the open house days will be held are located at the following addresses:
— 37 Planetnaya Street (at the V.V. Veresaev City Clinical Hospital);
— Izmaylovsky Prospekt, building 91a (at the city clinical hospital named after F.I. Inozemtsev);
— Volynskaya Street, building 7, structure 2 (at the Moscow Multidisciplinary Clinical Center “Kommunarka”).
