On August 29 at 8:00 PM on the stage “Krug” on Chistoprudny Boulevard as part of an international festival “Theatrical Boulevard” a musical and poetic concert will take place “Poetomania. The Silver Age” Moscow Drama Theater named after N.V. Gogol. The festival is part of the “Summer in Moscow” project. Admission is free.
The program features works by outstanding Russian poets of the early 20th century performed by leading theater actors. Guests will hear compositions by Alexander Blok, Vladimir Mayakovsky, Marina Tsvetaeva, Anna Akhmatova, Osip Mandelstam, Vladislav Khodasevich, and other authors.
The premiere took place on June 17 on the small stage of the Moscow Drama Theater named after N.V. Gogol. The director is Anton Yakovlev. The concert features Mark Burlay, Dmitry Vysotsky, Irina Grineva, Alena Goncharova, Viktor Zhludov, Andrey Zlobin, Andrey Kondratyev, Lyubov Konstantinova, Maria Lisovaya, Yanina Tretyakova, and Andrey Finyagin.

The third season of the “Theatrical Boulevard” festival, organized by the capital Department of Culture, runs from May 30 to August 30, 2026. Venues are located on the Pushkin Embankment in Gorky Park, the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve, on Pokrovsky and Chistoprudny Boulevards, as well as in the Museum Park of the Polytechnic Museum. One of the festival’s novelties was the mobile stage ‘Diligence’ — it operates on weekends in parks across various districts of Moscow.
The festival helps make professional performing arts accessible to a wide audience, integrate theater into the urban environment, and support independent, youth, and regional groups. Its participants include leading theaters, such as the Moscow Art Theatre named after A.P. Chekhov, the State Academic Maly Theatre of Russia, as well as famous artists, including soloists of the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Russia.
