Beijing, August 27 /Xinhua/ — China and the United States should conscientiously implement the important consensus reached by the heads of the two countries, remove obstacles, and overcome barriers to high-level contacts between the two countries, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Wednesday.
