Sergey Sobyanin opened a new clinic in Troitsk. The four-story building on Oktyabrsky Prospekt, covering an area of more than 13,300 square meters, was constructed according to an individual project as part of Moscow’s Targeted Investment Program.
“There has never been such a clinic in Troitsk, we have written letters and appeals many times to have a good clinic built, because the population here is large, and Troitsk itself is a wonderful city. Half of the doctors were missing, the equipment was insufficient. Now there is CT, MRI, X-ray, fluorography, a dental office, and doctors of almost all specialties,” the Mayor of Moscow said.
New polyclinic building
The construction of the new polyclinic building with a capacity of 1,200 visits per shift was completed in August 2026. From August 24, doctors and patients were relocated here from the old building on Yubileynaya Street (house 5). Its area was almost three times smaller. As a result, the total number of general practitioner offices increased from 14 to 18, procedural rooms from one to two, and general practice manipulation rooms from two to five. Two dressing rooms were equipped in the surgeon’s office. This facility houses the women’s consultation, trauma center, and pharmacy point.

In accordance with the Moscow standard, the most frequented offices were placed on the lower floors of the building, and administrative ones on the upper floors. A respiratory infection area (filter box) with a separate entrance was created for receiving patients with respiratory symptoms.
The radiology department has been equipped with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) rooms, two X-ray rooms (including one with a C-arm), mammography rooms, osteodensitometry rooms, and three ultrasound rooms.
In addition, the polyclinic has opened functional diagnostics offices (electrocardiography, electroencephalography, daily blood pressure monitoring, electroneuromyography, and others), a rehabilitation department with a therapeutic physical culture hall, a physiotherapy and massage room, as well as a health center and a vaccination prevention department. The ophthalmologist’s office has been equipped with modern equipment.
Thoughtful layout and navigation make the clinic comfortable for both patients and staff. The offices are equipped with ergonomic furniture: desks, chairs, armchairs, and cabinets. Workstations for staff attending to patients are connected to a unified medical information and analytical system.
Cozy break rooms were equipped for doctors and nurses. In addition, a professional development room and a psychological relief room were organized for the staff. At the opening ceremony, the doctors shared their impressions of the new clinic. They noted that the interior is beautiful and bright, making it more pleasant to work in such conditions.
The building is equipped with security posts, a video surveillance system, fire alarms, and automatic fire suppression systems. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Great attention was paid to creating a barrier-free environment: pedestrian routes, convenient driveways, and parking spaces for people with limited mobility. Entrances and restrooms were adapted for comfortable access, and spacious waiting areas were arranged in the lobbies.
The clinic’s premises have been improved. Sidewalks, a sports ground with a safe rubber coating, rest areas with benches and small architectural forms, as well as lawns, have been created here. Special access roads have been provided to ensure fire safety.
Prefabrication technologies were used in the construction of the building. They allowed for optimization of construction time and improvement of work quality. In particular, façade wall and plumbing modules were produced in factory conditions.
Ready-made facade modules are an integrated system that simultaneously performs the functions of a enclosing structure, an architectural solution, and a thermal insulation contour one story high. Sanitary modules are fully equipped bathrooms with finishing and all necessary equipment.
The clinic’s facade was designed in a restrained modern style. The main volume was clad with pearly white corrugated steel composite panels, while accent elements were made from anthracite gray Stemalit. Durable materials resistant to regular wet cleaning and disinfection were used in the interior finishes.

“Troitskaya” Polyclinic
The Troitsk polyclinic complex, in addition to the new main building, includes a children’s polyclinic, seven branches, and two outpatient clinics. Its patients number over 305,000 residents of Troitsk and other districts of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative okrugs. The maximum capacity is about 6,500 visits per shift. The polyclinic employs 1,538 staff, including 585 doctors.
