Entrepreneurs can purchase 18 non-residential premises of free use on Saltykovskaya Street. Their area ranges from 46 to 161 square meters. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.

On Saltykovskaya Street, the city offers entrepreneurs 18 premises with flexible use ranging in size from 46 to 161 square meters. Such a selection allows you to choose a property for different purposes — from opening a small service or retail enterprise to implementing a larger commercial project. All premises are located on the ground floors of residential buildings, which ensures convenient access for customers. Applications for participation in the tenders are accepted from September 29 to October 7, depending on the selected lot,” said Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at the following addresses: Saltykovskaya Street, building 5, block 2, as well as building 6/1, blocks 4, 5, 6, 7 and building 6/2, blocks 2 and 4. Each property has separate entrances. The seller of the real estate is the capital city Department of City Property.
“Kosino-Ukhtomsky is a modern and rapidly developing district. It is known for its natural areas, good infrastructure, and active residential development. Business in the district is attracted by the growing number of residents creating demand for local services, as well as a convenient road and transport network that ensures high pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Auctions will take place on the electronic platform “Roseltorg” from October 8 to 16 depending on the lot. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate.
