Government of Moscow has made a decision on the comprehensive development of underutilized areas in the Mozhaysky district, located at the following addresses: microdistricts 71, 72, 75 of the Mozhaysky district and Grishina Street, property 11, building 1.
On two plots totaling approximately 1.2 hectares, located between Bagration Avenue and Mozhaisk Highway, they plan to build modern residential complexes for development renovation programs. The total construction area will be about 40 thousand square meters, including an apartment area of 24.42 thousand square meters. This will provide new housing for about 860 people and create more than 70 new jobs.
As of August 25, 2026, the Moscow Government has approved and is implementing 257 comprehensive territory development projects covering a total area of over two thousand hectares. These projects plan to construct approximately 39 million square meters of real estate. As a result, more than 423 thousand jobs will be created.
