The installation of engineering systems is becoming faster and easier: electrical wiring is laid using ready-made components, and the heating, water supply, sewerage, and ventilation systems are assembled as modules in parallel with the construction of the house. This not only speeds up the work but also allows moving away from the limitations of prefab construction layouts.
Now 50 percent of the building will be manufactured at the factory, rather than 15–20 percent as before. In the future, this figure is expected to reach 70 percent.
