The project “City of Tasks” invites Muscovites to join the Great Running Festival

On August 23, in Moscow, there will be The Great Running Festival. Project “City of Tasks” capital Department of Sports prepared for event participants special assignment.

To complete it, you will need a smartphone with the “City of Tasks” app. On the day of running the distance, you need to take two selfies: at the start and at the finish. Additionally, participants must take a close-up photo of the main stage. The photos must be attached to a special form and the other fields filled out, including sharing impressions about the organization of the festival, runs, and participation in them. The feedback will help the organizers make sports events in the capital even more interesting and convenient.

The task can be performed by authorized users of the application with full account level on the portal mos.ru. The number of places is limited.

For successful completion, participants will be awarded 2100 points in the city loyalty program “Million Prizes.” These can be used to obtain goods and services from the program’s partner organizations, to top up the balance of the “Troika” card, or to be directed to charity. Points usage options are presented on the website showcase ag-vmeste.ru.

Participants of the Big Running Festival will be able to choose a suitable format depending on their level of training and goals. Professional, amateur, and beginner runners can take part in races of five and 10 kilometers, as well as Nordic walking with poles over five kilometers. Depending on the chosen activity, athletes over 14 years old are allowed to participate. Detailed conditions and registration are available at festival website.

Project “City of Tasks” appeared in January 2022. With its help, Muscovites can monitor the work of city services, participate in environmental, cultural, sports, and other events. Residents of the capital have already completed over 3.8 million tasks.

The project is being developed by the State Public Institution “New Management Technologies” and the capital Department of Information Technology.
