“We pay special attention to enhancing the safety level of passengers on Moscow transport. The construction of an underground pedestrian crossing at the border of two districts will make the journey to the Petrovsk-Razumovskaya Moscow city railway station MCD-1, as well as to the namesake stations of the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya and Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro lines, even safer and more comfortable. The crossing will be equipped with elevators, which is especially important for people with reduced mobility,” added the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry.

Chairman of the Moscow City State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor) Anton Slobodchikov noted that the construction of the pedestrian crossing in the area of house 29, building 1 on Dmitrovskoye Highway is being conducted under the supervision of Mosgosstroynadzor at every stage. According to the work schedule, the completion of construction is planned by the end of August this year. In the near future, a final comprehensive inspection will take place on the site, involving employees from the subordinate Center for Expertise, Research, and Testing in Construction to carry out a range of laboratory and instrumental studies of structures and materials. If the readiness of the facility is confirmed and no violations are found, the committee will issue a conclusion on its compliance with the project documentation. After this, the developer will begin preparing documents to obtain the permit for commissioning.
