New service “Water filter installation” appeared on the platform “Electronic Home”. With its help, the residents of the capital can easily and quickly order professional installation of flow-type filtration systems or reverse osmosis. You can submit an application in just a couple of minutes in the personal account on website or in mobile application platforms.
Reliability and quality are the main advantages of the service
The advantage of the new service for residents lies in its reliability. The service is provided by qualified specialists from trusted organizations who guarantee the quality of the work performed.
On the page service residents can study the prices for installing filtration systems in advance. When placing an order, the cost of work immediately includes diagnostics of engineering communications — the technician will check whether the installation of equipment is possible. If after the diagnostics the resident refuses the installation (for example, due to the need for additional measures) or the work cannot be performed, the cost of diagnostics will need to be paid separately.
During the inspection, the technician may identify the need for additional services — for example, replacing plumbing fixtures, a section of piping, a siphon, or a mixer, or installing additional shut-off valves. In this case, the specialist will definitely agree on the list and cost of such work with the customer and will start only after obtaining consent. The removal of the old cleaning system will be carried out free of charge if necessary. In addition, all work performed under the service is guaranteed for six months.
Water filtration equipment is purchased separately. The resident has the right to independently choose a suitable system or buy it from the service partner for an additional fee.
How to submit an application
Users over 18 years old with a standard or full account on the mos.ru portal can apply for the installation of water filters. To submit an application, you need to log in to the “Electronic Home” platform via Mos ID, go to the “Services” section (in the mobile app — via the “More” tab), find the service card “Water Filter Installation” in the catalog and click “Submit Application.” In the application form, you need to indicate whether installation or replacement of the system is required, choose a convenient date and time for the technician’s visit, as well as provide the address and fill in contact details. During the business day, an operator will contact the applicant to clarify details, state the cost of work, and confirm the application. If the terms are not suitable for the customer, the application can be canceled.
On the agreed day, the technician will arrive at the address, carry out diagnostics, and install the equipment, after which they will issue a certificate of completion. Payment (in cash or cashless) must be made after signing the certificate, then the customer receives a receipt; these documents should be kept until the end of the warranty period.
Platform “Electronic Home” started operating in November 2020. Today, “Electronic Home” helps Muscovites manage their homes online through the website or application. Platform users have the opportunity to receive timely important notifications about events in the building, such as hot water outages or elevator repairs, report malfunctions in their apartment, building, and yard to the management company, pay utility bills, submit meter readings, communicate with neighbors, hold general meetings of property owners electronically, and much more.
