Entrepreneurs can acquire 16 rooms for opening or expanding a business in the Northern district. The area of the premises ranges from 86.4 to 230.2 square meters. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“The Northern district of Moscow is actively developing: new residential neighborhoods are emerging and infrastructure is expanding, which creates conditions for the development of organizations in the trade and service sectors. Currently, the city offers entrepreneurs 16 premises for free use in new multi-story buildings on Dmitrovskoye Highway. All of them are located on the ground floors of apartment buildings and have separate entrances, ensuring convenient access for visitors. This expands the possibilities for using the spaces for various purposes — for example, to open a store, beauty salon, educational center, and other commercial projects. The application campaigns will end between August 24 and September 9,” noted Kirill Purtov.
Non-residential premises are located in buildings on Dmitrovskoye Highway (building 169, blocks 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9). The Fiztekh metro station is within walking distance. The real estate seller is Department of City Property of Moscow.
“Moscow strives to provide city residents with all the necessary infrastructure within walking distance, so modern new buildings are originally designed with non-residential ground floors intended for hosting organizations focused on the sale of everyday goods and services. The premises put up for bidding already have the possibility of connecting to necessary communications, which significantly simplifies the launch of businesses there. Moreover, the developed urban infrastructure on the ground floors of residential buildings includes not only pharmacies, shops, and services, but also broad prospects for small and medium-sized businesses. For entrepreneurs, non-residential premises in such large residential complexes as those on Dmitrovskoye Highway are an excellent opportunity to develop their business in a place with high traffic and guaranteed demand. These facilities can also become a good investment for subsequent rental,” she added
