In Tatarstan, an Electronic Honor Board was launched, established by the president of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov. The platform features 735 employees of PJSC “KAMAZ” who became laureates in 2026. Among them are 18 participants of the special military operation.
The project was implemented by the order of the head of the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov. More than 15,000 residents of the republic are already presented on the electronic platform. Among the laureates are over 2,000 people from Naberezhnye Chelny. The KAMAZ group of companies nominated 735 people, including employees of subsidiary and dependent companies.

This year, the Electronic Honor Board of Tatarstan features particularly distinguished employees of KAMAZ who have made a special contribution to the development of the company: previously awarded with departmental, republican, state awards, and awards from the Rostec State Corporation, mentors, representatives of labor dynasties, promising young workers, and employees with professional merits. Among them, 18 individuals are participants in the special military operation. Each laureate will receive a “Personal Certificate of Placement on the Honor Board of the Republic of Tatarstan.” The documents will be ceremoniously presented throughout August – September.
The honor board will be updated annually, so the company is already thinking today about who will represent KAMAZ in the future. It is necessary to develop and approve a local regulatory document defining the principles, selection criteria for laureates, and the formation of lists.
The new platform was created to tell the stories of the people whose efforts achieve the republic’s successes in industry and other sectors, comfort, and security. The project showcases the stories of professionals and supports employees’ aspirations for growth.
