On August 14, 2026, the Moscow Exchange will admit shares of four exchange-traded mutual funds (ETMFs) managed by the asset management company Alfa-Capital to the morning trading session.
Thus, starting from August 14, shares of the following BPIFs will be available during the morning session:
- “Alfa-Capital Gold” (AKGD)
- “Alfa-Capital Smart Portfolio” (AKUP)
- “Alfa-Capital Anti-Inflationary” (AKAI)
- “Alfa-Capital Managed Currency Bonds” (AKGP)
Also, starting August 22, units of “Alfa-Capital Managed Currency Bonds” (AKGP) and “Alfa-Capital Anti-Inflation” (AKAI) will become available for trading on weekends.
Thus, the total number of shares and units of exchange-traded funds in weekend trading will amount to 316.
The morning trading session on the Moscow Exchange stock market runs from 06:50 to 9:50. Weekend trading on the Moscow Exchange stock market takes place on Saturday and/or Sunday from 09:50 to 19:00 Moscow time, and can also be held on other non-settlement weekend days. Weekend trading on non-settlement days is conducted as part of the additional weekend trading session (AWTS). The total trading time on the stock market amounts to almost 17 hours per day.

Units of 239 mutual investment funds of 44 management companies are available on the Moscow Exchange stock market, including units of 112 REITs. The funds’ assets can be invested in stocks, bonds, gold, money market instruments, commodity assets, and derivatives on all types of assets.
