Following the final of the Volga Federal District project “MoloT”, held from August 5 to 9 in Perm, young specialists of PJSC “KAMAZ” took third place in the intellectual game “Quiz”. The team of working youth of Tatarstan, which included KAMAZ employees, took fourth place in the overall team standings.
The “MoloT” (Youth Labor) project was launched in 2025 under the patronage of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov. Participation in it allows young specialists of industrial enterprises aged 18 to 35 to develop teamwork skills, excel in sports, intellectual, and creative activities, as well as strengthen professional and interregional connections. In 2026, the project for working youth included five directions encompassing 15 disciplines, with winners determined among 14 regions of the Volga Federal District. The RT team took fourth place in the overall team ranking. The top three were the Udmurt Republic, Perm Krai, and Penza Oblast (1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, respectively).
The KamAZ team also contributed to the republic’s result by taking third place in the intellectual game “Quiz.” Four specialists from PJSC “KAMAZ” were part of the Tatarstan team: leading design engineers of the Scientific and Technical Center Yegor Kochurov and Artyom Umyarov, head of the bureau of LLC “AutoSpare Parts KAMAZ” Kristina Chistova, and leading engineer of LLC “AutoSpare Parts KAMAZ” Viktoria Alchina.
“I hadn’t been to such a large-scale event for a long time, and it was great to once again immerse myself in that indescribable atmosphere of drive, adrenaline, excitement, and team spirit of competition. It was awesome to meet young specialists from different corners of our country and various professions. As for the discipline in which we defended the honor of ‘KAMAZ’ and RT, I believe we showed a worthy result. Yes, only ‘bronze,’ but among the strongest teams from 14 regions of the Volga Federal District! The point gap was not that large; next year we will try to improve the result.”, – commented Artem Umyarov.
“For me, ‘MoloT’ is no longer just a competition, but an event that you truly look forward to. Last year, I came to Perm for the first time and got so many impressions that already after returning it was clear: if there is an opportunity, I will definitely participate again., – shared Kristina Chistova, who participated in the project for the second time. – To be honest, “MoloT 2026” turned out to be even cooler than I expected. Several days of competition, teams from all over the Volga Federal District, new people, constant activity, and a very cool atmosphere. Thanks to the organizers for such an atmosphere, and to all the teams for the passionate and great game. I hope we meet again.
“It’s still a bit unusual to realize — we took third place in the ‘Quiz’ in the grand project ‘MoLoT’! For us, this is not just a line in the final table, but the result of teamwork, concentration, and the ability to make quick decisions. During the game, there were questions we answered almost instantly, and moments when we had to discuss options at length and trust each other’s opinions., – she said Victoria Alchina. – Third place is an excellent result; for us, it is also motivation to keep moving forward. We gained valuable experience, tested ourselves in a competitive atmosphere, and understood what we need to work on to contend for first place next time. The participant also noted that the responsibility was greater due to the fact that the performance was not only for her team but for the entire delegation of Tatarstan.
“I am sincerely glad that initiatives of this level are developing, which remain truly accessible to every determined specialist. This is a powerful platform for the growth of working youth, where you realize that you are in an environment of like-minded people. Many thanks to the organizers for this forum. “MoloT” set an excellent pace, and I am pleased with the results of our team. Ahead are new goals!” – noted Egor Kochurov.
