Do you want to learn how elections are conducted, get acquainted with the system of monitoring and control of fairness, and receive gratitude from the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation?
Take part in the selection of volunteers for the Situation Center of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation to monitor the elections of deputies to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the IX convocation.
If you are over 18 years old, a citizen of the Russian Federation, and can attend the mandatory training on September 6 and 13, be sure to submit your application by August 30.
The situation center will operate at the site of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation (Miussskaya Square, 7, Moscow) from September 18 to 21, 2026. Volunteers, experts, and lawyers will provide round-the-clock operational processing of information received from public observers across the country.
Volunteers can assist as call center operators, photo and video recording operators, or IT specialists. Participants will be provided with meals, equipment, verified volunteer hours, and a letter of thanks from the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
The work will be shift-based, a minimum of 4 shifts must be completed.
Shift schedule:
- Shift 1: 18.09.2026 (00:00–07:00)
- 2nd shift: 18.09.2026 (07:00–14:00)
- 3rd shift: 18.09.2026 (14:00-21:00)
- 4th shift: 19.09.2026 (00:00-07:00)
- 5th shift: 09/19/2026 (07:00-14:00)
- 6th shift: 19.09.2026 (14:00-21:00)
- 7th shift: 20.09.2026 (00:00-07:00)
- 8th shift: 09/20/2026 (07:00-13:30)
- Shift 9: 20.09.2026 (13:30-20:00)
- 10th shift: 09/20/2026 (8:00 PM – 12:30 AM)
- Shift 11: 09/21/2026 (00:30-07:00)
- 12th shift: 21.09.2026 (07:00-12:30)
