The State University of Management and the Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs in Scientific and Educational Spheres of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Science and Education (CorCouncil) will analyze the best practices for developing student design bureaus.
The CorCouncil delegation visited GUU and familiarized themselves with the experience of organizing the work of the student design bureau at our university. During the meeting with Vice-Rector Maria Karelina, an agreement was reached to conduct joint research that will identify best practices in organizing student design bureaus and develop proposals based on them.
“These days, the application campaign for the student design bureau competition is actively underway. It is evident that this form of support for youth engineering creativity has proven itself. Leading design bureaus prepare young people to tackle real production challenges, teach them to work with clients, and instill the basics of engineering culture,” noted the chairman of the Coordinating Council, Vladimir Beklyamishev.
The competitive selection of student design bureaus of higher education institutions by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia will continue until August 24 in two areas: “Creation and development of a design bureau” and “Student design leadership.”
Recall that at the beginning of July, Vladimir Filatov, director of the Center for Engineering Project Management at GSU, gave a report at the meeting “Current Issues of Improving Support Measures for Young Scientists and Ensuring Their Influx into Russian Science,” held at the Federation Council.
