Put up for open auctions 11 rooms for business in the Zapadnoye Degunino district. This was reported by the Head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.

Currently, 11 commercial premises are available in the Western Degunino area through city auctions, located in new multi-apartment buildings on Bazovskaya Street. Their area ranges from 126.8 to 226.2 square meters, and the flexible usage allows for opening parcel pickup points, shops, fitness studios, beauty salons, or catering establishments here. More detailed lot documentation can be found on the Moscow investment portal. The application period for participation in the auctions will end between August 13 and 31,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The properties are located at: Bazovskaya Street, building 15, blocks 2, 3, 7, 10, and 11. All premises have separate entrances. The seller of the real estate is the city Department of City Property.
Auctions will be held from August 25 to September 9 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg.” Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
