The preliminary XBRL taxonomy of the Bank of Russia for information submission upon requests (version 8.1.0.3) (hereinafter – preliminary taxonomy for requests (version 8.1.0.3) is posted for review administrators of indicators, insurers, professional securities market participants licensed to carry out depository activities, as well as activities related to maintaining the register of securities holders, for the purpose of further providing information to the Bank of Russia on request Bank of Russia.
The Bank of Russia XBRL Taxonomy version 8.1.0.3 is intended for use by insurers to submit information to the Bank of Russia on interim reporting dates, that is, reporting dates other than 31.01, 28.02, 31.03, 30.04, 31.05, 30.06, 31.07, 31.08, 30.09, 31.10, 30.11, 31.12, starting from the reporting date 01.01.2027, for reporting form 0420150 “General Information about the Insurer” (sections 1 and 7), reporting form 0420154 “Report on Insurer’s Assets and Liabilities” (sections 1–10), and reporting form 0420156 “Report on Insurer’s Solvency” (all sections).Insurers, when preparing information, should be guided by the rules for compiling the specified reporting forms, established in Appendix 1 to the Bank of Russia’s Directive No. 7124-U dated 30.06.2025 “On the forms, deadlines, and procedures for compiling and submitting insurer reports to the Bank of Russia, on the procedure for insurers to notify the Bank of Russia about persons authorized to conduct identification, simplified identification, updating information about clients, client representatives, beneficiaries, and beneficial owners, on the procedure for insurers to report to the Bank of Russia information about the publication of the annual accounting (financial) statements of the insurer, as well as on the procedure and deadlines for insurers to submit information and documents concerning their branches, representative offices, and other separate subdivisions” (taking into account amendments introduced by the Bank of Russia Directive No. 7406-U dated 30.06.2026 “On Amendments to the Bank of Russia Directive No. 7124-U dated June 30, 2025”)).
Proposals and comments on the preliminary taxonomy for requests (version 8.1.0.3) and on the procedures and deadlines for the preparation and submission of information for each market should be sent to the email address svc_xbrlhelp@cbr.ru. The subject line of the email must include: “Preliminary taxonomy for requests version 8.1.0.3 (indicator administrator/insurer/PURCB (specify one option)”. The deadline for collecting comments is – 18.08.2026.
