“KAMAZ” held an international professional skills competition among specialists of the dealer network. At the final in Kazakhstan, the best specialist among assemblers was determined.
The competition was held at the “Almaty Auto Center.” The organizers were the service department of LLC “Avtozapchast KAMAZ” in cooperation with LLC “CF KAMA” and LLP “Almaty Auto Center.” The participant selection began with a theoretical stage. Eighty-seven specialists from the dealer network of PJSC “KAMAZ” from Russia and neighboring countries took part in the online testing. The 12 semifinalists had to inspect the proposed gearbox parts manufactured by “CF KAMA,” determine their affiliation to a specific gearbox model, and decide on their reparability and the possibility of further use.
At the final stage of the competition, participants demonstrated practical skills. They had to assemble and disassemble the units of the “CF KAMA” gearbox, providing detailed commentary on the specifics of working with these assemblies. The task was performed against the clock.
The winner of the contest and holder of the grand prize was Nikolay Paliev from LLP “ZapKaz-Auto” Kazakhstan. Second place went to Ilya Strelnikov (LLC “INTER”), third to Konstantin Gavrichev (LLC “LuidorService Saransk”). All contest participants were awarded commemorative gifts, diplomas, and prizes from the contest sponsors LLC “Savalt-Oil Ural” (SAVALT).
