Muscovites are invited to participate in lacrosse training sessions at the stadium in Ostankino Park. Players from Moscow Phoenix (women’s team) — one of the strongest teams in Russia — train together during the sessions.

Meetings are held twice a week: on Mondays from 20:00 to 22:00 on half the field, and on Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00 on the full field. Classes are free of charge, with no prior registration required. Beginners are given a full set of professional equipment.

Anyone aged 15 and older can join the Lyakross supporters in Ostankino Park until October 31. Minors are allowed to participate only in the presence of one parent or with a written permission from a legal representative.

Motocross is one of the most dynamic and spectacular team sports, which develops strength, reaction speed, and the ability to make decisions quickly. In 2023, it was officially included by the International Olympic Committee in the Olympic Games program. The game exists in both male and female formats — classic (10 by 10) and Olympic (six by six).

Hosting sports events at VDNH corresponds to the strategy for modernizing and developing the sports sector of Moscow until 2030.

According to the VDNH development strategy until 2030, the exhibition will continue to become the best space in Moscow, unique in beauty and convenience. The creation of new scenic sports facilities will make VDNH the most picturesque place for active recreation, and the continuation of the traditions of the capital’s hospitality will help it become a comfortable territory for everyone without exception.
