Over 1.5 billion rubles will be additionally allocated from the Government’s reserve fund to provide subsidies to organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the Belgorod, Bryansk, and Kursk regions. The order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Federal funding will be allocated to partially compensate expenses for paying employees for downtime due to reasons beyond the control of the employer and employee, for the period from July to December 2026.

“These funds will allow companies to reduce costs associated with paying for employees’ temporary downtime, support businesses that create jobs in these territories, and provide people with goods and services,” noted Mikhail Mishustin at at the Government meeting on July 30, instructing the Ministry of Labor to deliver resources to the regions as quickly as possible so that enterprises receive the necessary funding in a timely manner.

Taking into account the new order, about 3 billion rubles will be allocated for these purposes in 2026 alone.
