CapitalDepartment of Economic Policy and DevelopmentupdatedcollectionRegulations for assessing the costs of operating urban facilities (SN-2012). Calculations were made taking into account prices as of April 1, 2026. This was reportedMaria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, head of the department.

“The application of the set allows optimizing the schedules of Moscow for the operation and repair of buildings and structures. Thanks to uniform standards, equal conditions are created for all contractors, which ensures fair competition and stimulates a high level of work performed. This contributes to the development of infrastructure, the creation of a comfortable and well-maintained environment for city residents. Since the beginning of the year, 68 new cost standards and 190 updates have been included in the SN-2012 collection,” noted Maria Bagreeva.

New cost norms of the collection will be applied to calculate expenses for several areas: repair of automated complexes for washing buses and electric buses, fencing off work production zones on highways, arrangement of sports grounds of the Luzhniki sports complex, as well as technical maintenance of artificial ponds and fog formation systems in the Zaryadye park.

About 2,500 Moscow customers and commercial companies already use these regulations. They are based on the maintenance and operation of various urban economy facilities. The collection is regularly updated. It is supplemented by new cost standards and indicators are recalculated according to the price level every three months.
