Bishkek, July 28 /Xinhua/ — The Kyrgyz and Russian versions of the analytical centers’ report on Xi Jinping’s Ideas on Party Building were presented on Monday in Bishkek during the Media and Analytical Centers Summit within the framework of SCO-2026.
The report titled “Contemporary Features and Global Significance of Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on Party Building” in Kyrgyz and Russian languages was jointly published by the State High-Level Analytical Center of the Party School under the CPC Central Committee / State Administrative Academy / and the Xinhua Institute, a state-level analytical center under the Xinhua News Agency, in the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
The report, containing about 30,000 Chinese characters, provides an in-depth explanation of the distinctive features and key factors underlying the sustained success and vitality of the CPC, systematically revealing the formation process, core principles, theoretical characteristics, and global significance of Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on Party Building. It also offers a profound interpretation of the fundamental reasons why the CPC, with a history of over a century, remains vital and continues to strengthen.
The report notes that the CPC is a party striving for the happiness of the Chinese people and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, as well as promoting human progress and global harmony. Xi Jinping’s ideas on party building, which address issues from the vantage point of the development of human political civilization and are based on reflections on the contemporary world and its future, as well as the summary of the CPC’s practice, provide important guidelines for party building of political parties in various countries around the world, especially in countries of the Global South.
Representatives of the media, experts from analytical centers, and scholars from the SCO countries consider the report to be an important publication for the SCO region, unveiling the content of Xi Jinping’s ideas on party building.
According to them, the report systematically summarizes the original theoretical principles and practical experience underlying the Communist Party of China’s self-improvement, which has a history of over a century, while also addressing issues of governance faced by political parties worldwide. They called the report an indispensable reference material for inter-party dialogue and academic research within the framework of the SCO.
The participants also noted that the publication of the report in Kyrgyz and Russian provides political parties, analytical centers, and academic institutions of the SCO member states with an important resource for a deeper understanding of the CPC and the philosophy of Chinese state governance.
According to them, this will contribute to the development of inter-party exchanges and mutual study of state governance experience, deepen political mutual trust based on the “Shanghai Spirit,” and strengthen the intellectual foundation for building a closer community of shared future of the SCO. –0–
