Tehran, July 27 /Xinhua/ — Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Sunday condemned the “illegal” attack by Ukraine on an Iranian commercial vessel in the Caspian Sea during a telephone conversation. This was announced by the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
