On July 30, 2026, the common shares of PJSC “Yandex” will be included in the calculation base of the Moscow Exchange Value Building Index (MOEX Value Building Index) based on inclusion in the shareholder value creation program of the Bank of Russia and the Moscow Exchange.

Since the program was created in 2025, it has already included PJSC “LK “Europlan”, PJSC Moscow Exchange, PJSC “MTS-Bank”, PJSC “PROMOMED”, PJSC Sberbank, PJSC “HFJ”, MKPAO “EN+ GROUP”.
MOEX Value Creation Index includes shares of companies that are participants in the Shareholder Value Creation Program of the Bank of Russia and the Moscow Exchange.
Shareholder Value Creation Program implemented by the Bank of Russia in collaboration with the Moscow Exchange and aimed at Russian public joint-stock companies whose shares are included in the first and second quotation lists of the Moscow Exchange. The purpose of the program is to increase the investment attractiveness of companies, increase their capitalization, and support best corporate practices. The program is included in the national model of targeted business conditions until 2030, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on November 29, 2025.
