The results of the all-Russian competition “Trade Union Vanguard”-2026, established by the central trade union newspaper “Solidarity” with the support of ANO “ITOGO,” have been summed up. The trade union organization of KAMAZ was recognized in two categories.
In the “Leader” category, among the winners is Ildar Shamilov, chairman of the “KAMAZ” Trade Union Organization. In the “Action” category, the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Automobile Plant and Bridge Plant of PJSC “KAMAZ” was awarded a certificate for the brightest trade union event of the year for the project “Family Outpost,” aimed at supporting family values and developing the institution of labor dynasties. This year, a total of 144 applications were submitted for the award.
Victories in two categories of the All-Russian competition “Trade Union Vanguard 2026” are the result of systematic and consistent work by the United Primary Trade Union Organization of PJSC KAMAZ. The high evaluation at the federal level confirms the effectiveness of the established social policy focused on protecting workers’ rights, supporting family values, developing human resources potential, and strengthening corporate culture.
The award ceremony for the winners and prize-winners of the competition will take place at the All-Russian Intellectual Forum “Trade Unions. 21st Century. Era of Change,” which will be held in Sochi on October 8-9.
