Minsk, July 21 /Xinhua/ — A memorandum of understanding between the National Assembly of Belarus and the Arab Parliament was signed on Monday in Minsk. The document was signed by Natalya Kochanova, Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic (upper chamber) of the National Assembly of Belarus, Igor Sergeyenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives (lower chamber) of the National Assembly of Belarus, and Muhammad Ahmed Al-Yamahi, Chairman of the Arab Parliament.
