The annual IT forum “Digital Solutions” will take place from October 6 to 10, 2026, in Moscow at the National Center “Russia.” This year, the forum will receive international status. It is expected that up to 20,000 guests will attend the forum, including representatives from more than 100 countries.
“The Russian IT industry has entered a new stage of development. We have moved from import substitution of foreign solutions to the creation of our own technological base and the development of domestic IT products with unique functionality. They not only meet the internal market needs, but also possess high competitiveness and export potential. The key platform for showcasing the best IT solutions has become the ‘Digital Solutions’ forum. It brings together representatives of business and government to exchange best practices and to summarize the annual work on the development of digital technologies,” noted Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of the Government Office Dmitry Grigorenko.
The forum will bring together representatives of the government, business, and IT community on one platform. The business program will offer over 120 sessions and speeches by more than 700 speakers.
Topics that will be discussed over the course of 5 days
1. Digital infrastructure: telecom, data centers, IT equipment, smart home solutions.
2. Digital platforms: marketplaces, aggregators and classifieds, online banks, “Gosuslugi” (State Services).
3. Artificial intelligence and cloud services: AI technologies, cloud platforms, unmanned autonomous systems.
4. Cybersecurity and Software: information security solutions, combating cyber fraud, Russian software, system-wide and application software.
5. Educational platforms and entertainment services: centers for learning digital skills, career platforms, educational services, social networks, online cinemas, gaming platforms, video aggregators.
What else awaits the guests
Throughout all the days of the forum, an exhibition of modern IT solutions from industry-leading companies will be operating on the forum grounds. Guests will be able to familiarize themselves with technological innovations already applied in various sectors. The exhibition will combine 6 interactive zones corresponding to the key thematic areas of the forum.
Master classes on digital literacy, IT quests, career consultations, vocational guidance tests, gaming and lounge zones are planned for the general public.
This year, for the first time, the II Global Digital Forum (GDF) will be held as part of the “Digital Solutions” forum on the premises of the “Mechta” complex in Gorky Park, with the participation of more than 700 foreign delegations from over 100 countries. These delegations will include heads of specialized ministries, representatives of IT companies and startups, IT specialists, journalists, and bloggers. Within the framework of the GDF, bilateral meetings, expert sessions, seminars and master classes, a cultural program, and other activities are planned. Representatives of all friendly countries are invited to participate.
Forum history
The IT forum “Digital Solutions” was held for the first time from November 12 to 15, 2025, in Moscow at the National Center “Russia.” The event attracted more than 15,000 visitors and became the largest industry event of the year. Following the forum, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin issued a series of instructions aimed at developing the domestic IT industry and strengthening Russia’s technological sovereignty. These include updating the communication industry development strategy, additional measures for import substitution of radio-electronic equipment, preparation of a “roadmap” for the export of Russian goods and solutions through digital platforms, as well as developing a pilot project for using digital platforms to submit customs documents.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Digital Development with the support of the Government. The project operator is the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization (ANO) “National Priorities,” and the business program operator of the forum is ANO “Digital Economy.”
