Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin held a meeting of the supervisory board of the state company “Avtodor.” Participants discussed the results of the state company’s work in 2025 and key development directions up to 2030 within the framework of the updated “Avtodor” activity program, which was approved by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The state company “Avtodor” plays one of the key roles in the formation of the country’s modern road framework and the comprehensive development of regions, making a direct contribution to achieving the indicators of the national project “Infrastructure for Life.” A renewed program of the state’s company’s activities for the period 2026–2030 has been approved by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin. This document defines the main directions of work, including key tasks for construction, reconstruction, repair, and maintenance of roads, which remain under the company’s trust management.In total, over the next five years, Avtodor will build and reconstruct more than 450 km of modern high-speed roads. As for the results of last year, all key indicators show a good dynamic in reducing accidents and fatalities on the roads, despite the rapid growth in traffic intensity. I want to thank the staff of the state company and all road workers for their coordinated work and high professionalism. I am confident that the updated program will allow us to continue to increase the pace of infrastructure development, improving the connectivity of territories and the quality of life of citizens,” said Marat Khusnullin.

Since the founding of the state company in 2009, such major projects as M-12 “Vostok”, M-11 “Neva”, M-3 “Ukraine”, M-4 “Don”, and the Central Ring Road have already been implemented by its forces. The “Avtodor” projects are an integral part of the international transport corridors “North – South”, “West – East”, Europe – Western China. As of today, the length of roads managed by the state company is 5954 km.

By 2025, the state company forces will have repaired, including capital repairs, about 413 km of roads. Capital repairs of 776.29 km of roads and 11 bridge structures in the united region have been completed.

Chairman of the board of the state company “Avtodor” Vyacheslav Petushenko noted that modern highways have become a full-fledged infrastructural service.

“Expressways — without traffic lights and at-grade intersections — provide the highest level of safety and ride comfort. I note that the new version of the activity program also implies ensuring high-quality services for drivers and passengers, including the creation of multifunctional road service zones. By 2030, the state company plans to create more than 140 modern MFSs on its road network, providing motorists with all necessary services on the way,” Vyacheslav Petushenko said.

At the meeting, employees of the state company were awarded for their high achievements at work.
