During a working trip to Primorsky Krai, Deputy Chairman of the Government – Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the Far Eastern Federal District, Yuri Trutnev, familiarized himself with the progress of the construction of the multimodal transport and logistics center “Artyom.”

This unique infrastructure facility will become the largest dry port in Russia, operating in a unified technology with sea ports and land border checkpoints of the Far East.

To increase the throughput capacity of the main infrastructure of the Eastern polygon, the technological model of the TLC is based on operating with longer trains and consists of trains with open wagons.

The area of the TLC ‘Artyom’ is 456 hectares, and the capacity of the first stage of the terminal is 0.5 million TEU per year.

The project is being implemented by Fininvest LLC at the Mikhaylovsky TOR with the support of the Government of Russia, the administration of Primorsky Krai, and the Development Corporation of the Far East and Arctic (DCFEA).

In September 2025, on the sidelines of the 10th Eastern Economic Forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched the work of the TLC “Artyom.”

According to the KRDV, residents of the TOR “Mikhaylovsky” are implementing 28 projects, 11 of which have already been brought to the operational stage. The business has invested over 71.2 billion rubles into the region’s economy and created 4,900 jobs.
