In ranking Now not only justified complaints directed to the regulator are taken into account, but also complaints from citizens that were fully or partially satisfied by the financial ombudsman. This approach will allow car owners to comprehensively assess the quality of insurers’ work in the OSAGO market.
An insurance company’s ranking depends on the number of complaints per 10,000 OSAGO contracts. The results are presented in two tables: one for insurers with a client base of more than 3 million contracts, and another for those who have not yet reached this threshold. This will allow for comparison between companies with a comparable number of clients.
The ranking does not include market participants who either have only one justified complaint or whose customer base is too small compared to other companies in the second table. Also excluded are financial ombudsman decisions that are currently in the process of judicial appeal.
