Since then, the city has provided residents of the district with a total of 14 new buildings. More than 2,500 families were relocated to apartments with finished improved interiors. In total, within the framework of the current renovation program in Tsaritsyno, 141 houses of the old housing stock are to be resettled, with new apartments expected to be received by about 13,500 families,” said Vladimir Efimov.
Territories near new buildings were comprehensively landscaped: trees and shrubs were planted, lawns and flower beds were laid out. In the courtyard, areas for sports activities and relaxation zones were equipped.
“In the new residential complex in Tsaritsyno, the total apartment area under the renovation program amounted to almost 195 thousand square meters. To make the move as comfortable as possible, loaders and vehicles can be obtained free of charge from the city. In Tsaritsyno, more than 1.8 thousand families used the “Help with Moving” service for transporting belongings to new housing,” added the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy.
