On the eve of the Day of Family, Love, and Fidelity, the Company’s enterprises held themed events that brought together employees and their families at sports tournaments, volunteer initiatives, and educational excursions to their native places.
Festive events were held throughout the country as part of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia declared by the President. It is the family that is a reliable support, a source of inspiration and support that help achieve professional heights. This day reminds us of the importance of family values and symbolizes respect for the traditions and culture of the country.
As part of initiatives timed to the holiday, Company employees and their family members organized numerous events across the country. Oil workers carried out beautification and decorated social centers for children with flower beds, planted cedar alleys, and planted ornamental shrubs in public spaces. On water bodies, clean-up days with waste sorting were held – participants on paddleboards cleaned the waterways and shorelines. Additionally, employees created art objects from recycled materials.
As part of the festive events, charitable campaigns were also held in support of large families and children from social institutions: they were given gifts — clothes, toys, stationery, and board games.
The continuity of generations became one of the main themes of the celebration. At “Orenburgneft,” the day was marked by the profession: children of oil workers and representatives of dynasties visited the chemical-analytical laboratory and the training ground. The young guests became more acquainted with their parents’ profession and learned interesting facts about the history and development of the industry, as well as had the opportunity to “drill” a well on a drilling simulator.
Employees of Kharampurneftegas and their family members went on excursions to local history museums in Tyumen and Ufa, as well as to the national village of Kharampur in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. During the visit, guests learned how the traditions of the forest Nenets help maintain mutual support in the harsh conditions of the North. In Pskov, volunteers from RN-Northwest held a game marathon: teams in folk costumes competed in agility and quick reaction in Karelian towns and other folk games.
One of Rosneft’s key priorities is the well-being of employees and their family members. The Company’s enterprises have social support measures aimed at strengthening the institution of the family and supporting parents with many children. The social package includes programs for the health improvement and recreation of personnel, the development of physical culture and sports for employees and their families, the provision of educational loans, and non-state pension provision.
Rosneft systematically supports large families — additional paid leaves and payments related to the birth of a child are in place within the Group’s Societies. Thanks to the corporate mortgage program, by the end of 2025, nearly 15,000 families had improved their housing conditions.
The company pays special attention to medical support and health promotion for employees and their families. By the end of 2025, over 300 thousand employees are insured under voluntary medical insurance contracts. The company regularly conducts corporate medical check-ups. Additionally, Rosneft is improving the medical support system, including implementing modern technologies to provide emergency and scheduled medical care to employees, and developing a corporate telemedicine service at industrial and remote facilities.
An important part of Rosneft’s social policy is support for corporate volunteering. More than 108 thousand Company employees participate in the “Good Deeds Platform” program. Within this program, over 17 thousand children received assistance in 2025. As part of the corporate sports and wellness movement “Energy of Life,” various competitions and training sessions are regularly held for the Company’s employees and their families. In 2025, more than 96 thousand employees and about 21.5 thousand of their family members took part in these events.
