From November 30 to December 6, events of the All-Russian Week “Open for All” will take place in all regions of Russia. The program includes business meetings, festivals, film screenings and exhibitions, meetings of entrepreneurs, educational, outreach, and sports programs. They are aimed at the widest audience: children and adults, representatives of business and NGOs, employers, social sector specialists, people with disabilities and their relatives.

“Today, many initiatives are already being implemented in the regions that help people with disabilities to study, work, participate in sports, develop their abilities, and be full members of social life. It is important that these opportunities become part of everyday life and are available in every region. The All-Russian Week ‘Open for All’ unites such experiences and involves a wide range of people in the inclusive agenda,” noted the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee of the ‘Open for All’ forum, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.

“Over the years of working with regions and partners, ASI has accumulated extensive experience in promoting inclusive solutions – from organizing accessible environments to modern formats of education, employment, sports, and leisure. For us, it is important not only to identify such practices but also to scale them nationwide together with their creators and experts. The All-Russian Week “Open for All” unites everyone who wants to make life in their cities more comfortable for everyone. The more participants engage in this work, the more opportunities arise for people with various disabilities, and the kinder the world around us becomes,” noted Svetlana Chupsheva, General Director of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

In 2025, the week brought together over 100,000 people and more than 800 events in over 40 regions. This year, all regions of Russia joined the initiative.

“The inclusive agenda covers issues that cannot be resolved by a single initiative or through the efforts of one organization alone. Here, consistency and a long-term approach are important—from identifying barriers and evaluating existing solutions to embedding successful approaches in the work of institutions and organizations. The All-Russian Week ‘Open for All’ provides an opportunity to see the scale of this work and to draw attention to tasks that require further solutions,” noted Anton Kobyakov, Presidential Adviser and Executive Secretary of the forum’s organizing committee.

For example, in the Samara region, the week’s events will cover several municipalities. At the Tolyatti territorial employment center, there will be a training on social adaptation and employment titled “Career Without Borders”; a city festival of artistic creativity will also be held for children with disabilities. An interactive lecture-discussion about accessible audiobooks will be organized at the central district library of the village of Pestravka. In Syzran, there will be a performance of the play “Soon the Fairy Tale Will Be Told…” by the inclusive theater. The region will also host the first inclusive charity fashion show, the inclusive ball “Dances Without Borders,” and the Paralympics.

Regional forums “Opportunities” and “Life Without Barriers” will be held in Tyumen. A literary lounge will operate at the branch of the special library for the blind. Participants of the week will also organize a meeting with employers to discuss issues of job quota allocation for people with disabilities. Tambov will hold a volunteer campaign “Together for All: a marathon of equal opportunities and good deeds,” as well as motivational meetings with para-athletes and veterans of the special military operation. For everyone interested, there will be a mass run “For Sport and Health,” and master classes in cooking and garden therapy — therapeutic gardening — will be conducted.

A volleyball tournament for the hearing impaired will be held in Saint Petersburg. In Saratov, a master class on darts and knife throwing will be organized, in Olenegorsk (Murmansk region) there will be sports games called “Will to Win,” and in the cities of Kola and Kandalaksha there will be “Fun Starts.”

The week’s program also included regional meetings of the “Open to All” business club, exhibitions of inclusive brands, “Children’s Days,” screenings by the “(Not) Like Everyone Else” film club, art zones, volunteer campaigns, socio-cultural and sports activities, business meetings, financial literacy lessons, and health-related events.

The central event of the week will be the second All-Russian Inclusive Forum «Open to all” which will take place in Moscow on December 2–3. Its business program will combine five thematic tracks: “Economy of Participation,” “Self-Realization,” “Human-Centered,” “Living Environment,” and “Innovation Without Barriers.”
