About 840 residents of three old five-story buildings were offered equivalent apartments in a new building at the address: 2a Yan Rainis Boulevard. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
“Offers of equivalent apartments in house 2a on Yan Rainis Boulevard were received from the city by almost 840 residents of house 7, building 1, as well as houses 9 and 11 on Fomicheva Street. This residential complex became the second new building handed over to participants renovation programs in Severnoye Tushino since the beginning of the year. For instance, this summer, building 69 on Svobody Street began to be occupied. In total, eight residential complexes have already been constructed in the district under the renovation program. Since its implementation, more than six thousand Muscovites have become owners of comfortable real estate in the new buildings in Severnoye Tushino. All residents of 10 old five-story buildings have moved into modern apartments, and relocation is currently underway from another 11, including houses on Fomicheva Street,” said Vladimir Efimov.
After moving, Muscovites will live in a house opposite which are, on one side, children’s and adult clinics, and on the other — a kindergarten. Nearby there is a school, shops, and household service centers; sports sections are also operating. The nearest metro station for the new residents will remain “Skhodnenskaya” on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line.
“Since about 840 Muscovites are planned to be resettled to the residential complex on Yan Rainis Boulevard, the paperwork for the new apartments is organized in stages. Some of the future tenants began inspecting the housing offered by the city on October 12. The other residents of the resettled five-story buildings will join their neighbors after 10 days — on October 22. While the settlement is ongoing, the free spaces on the first floor of the first section of the new building are occupied by an information center. It helps future tenants conclude contracts for equivalent housing. Once the need for specialists’ assistance ceases, a store or service enterprise will open in place of the center, complementing the existing infrastructure of the district,” she specified.
Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of City Property.
A total of 60 old five-story buildings are planned to be resettled under the renovation program in Northern Tushino, with more than 18,900 city residents becoming new settlers.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It affects about one million Muscovites and involves the relocation of 5,176 houses. Previously, Sergey Sobyanin instructed to increase the pace of the renovation program’s implementation in twice. In addition, he said that thanks to the original architecture, the new building under the renovation program has become a new landmark Tsaritsyno district.
