GUU demonstrated unique capabilities of artificial intelligence in car parts design, allowing virtually complete prevention of errors at the design stage.

The demonstration took place at the 25th International Automotive Science Forum MANF-2026, held on October 13-14 at the base of the State Scientific Center of the Russian Federation FSUE “NAMI.” The forum’s theme was “Artificial Intelligence in Automotive Engineering.”

At the university, Vladimir Filatov, the director of the Center for Engineering Project Management at the State University of Management, presented a report titled “Model of Intelligent Agents for Machine Parts Design.”

Spoke about:

  • how to apply AI agents at the design and technological preparation stage of production and minimize the number of errors at the design phase,
  • how AI agents are able to accelerate and simplify the work of designers,
  • what practical results the State University of Management has already achieved as a result of applying technologies.

Interest in the report was supported during working meetings with key specialists from several leading automakers, scientific-production associations, and technical universities of the country.

MANF-2026 has become a traditional platform where science and the real sector of the economy meet. Participation in it allows the university to demonstrate its competencies and keep a finger on the pulse of the current challenges facing the automotive industry.
