On October 13, 2026, it was three years since the start of trading of shares of PJSC “Astra Group” (ASTR) on the Moscow Exchange — one of the leaders of the Russian IT market in the field of infrastructure software development.

The company conducted its initial public offering on the Moscow Exchange in October 2023 and became the first Russian developer of infrastructure software to enter the public market.

Over three years, the shareholder base of PJSC “Astra Group” has more than doubled and now exceeds 210 thousand investors. During this period, 3.9 billion rubles in dividends have been paid to shareholders. The free float share of stock is 17%.

The company’s shares are included in the first-level listing and are part of the calculation base for eight Moscow Exchange indices, including the Moscow Exchange’s information and communication technology sector index (MOEXIT). The latter is calculated based on the shares of the most liquid Russian IT and telecommunications companies.

PJSC “Astra Group” is also part of Innovation and investment market sector Moscow Exchange for high-tech companies.

The issuer’s shares are available during the morning, main, and evening sessions, as well as the additional weekend session. On the Moscow Exchange’s derivatives market, futures on the company’s shares are also traded.

Natalya Loginova, Director of the Department for Work with Issuers at the Moscow Exchange:

“The Russian technology sector is one of the most dynamically developing branches of the economy. The entry of such companies into the public market expands opportunities for institutional and private investors. Astra Group was the first among infrastructure software developers to conduct an IPO on the Moscow Exchange and has since maintained an open and substantive dialogue with investors regardless of market conditions. Congratulations to the company on the third anniversary of its listing, and we wish continued growth of its investor base and new achievements.”

Moscow Exchange is the largest Russian exchange and the only multifunctional trading venue in Russia for stocks, bonds, derivatives, currency, money market instruments, and commodities. The Moscow Exchange group includes a central depository as well as a clearing center that acts as a central counterparty in the markets, enabling Moscow Exchange to provide clients with a full cycle of trading and post-trading services.
