In 2026, more than 100,000 large families submitted applications for payments to repay mortgage loans through the “Gosuslugi” portal. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
“The government continues to support citizens in improving housing conditions even in the current difficult situation. This includes maintaining the payment of 450,000 rubles to large families for repaying mortgage loans. The state fulfills all its obligations despite the high budgetary burden. In addition, measures are being taken to simplify the support procedure. For example, in August 2022, large families were given the opportunity to apply for mortgage repayment payments through ‘Gosuslugi’. During this time, the digital service was used about 670,000 times. This year alone, more than 100,000 families have applied for payments through ‘Gosuslugi’,” noted Marat Khusnullin.
“DOM.RF” is the operator of the payment program for large families up to 450 thousand rubles for mortgage loan repayment and constantly improves the service. The work is carried out jointly with the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
“Our task is to make obtaining state support as simple and convenient as possible for citizens. Therefore, we not only ensure the operation of the service but also constantly analyze the client experience, and together with the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Digital Development, we improve digital processes and reduce the number of steps required to submit an application. The results of our work are already noticeable to citizens — surveys show that the satisfaction of large families when using the digital service to receive payments is at a high level,” noted Alexey Nidens, First Deputy General Director of DOM.RF.
Families that have had a third child or subsequent children since January 1, 2019, can receive a payment of up to 450,000 rubles. It is important that the loan agreement was signed before July 1, 2031. The funds can be used to repay a loan issued for the purchase of housing on the primary or secondary market, construction of a private house, purchase of a land plot for further construction of a house or an unfinished construction object.
