Since the start of the program, about 8,700 residents from 37 old buildings in the district have begun moving into new buildings, of whom 8,300 have already signed contracts for new property,” noted Vladimir Yefimov.
The monolithic single-section residential complex was built according to an individual design. Earlier, Sergey Sobyanin explained that thanks to the original architecture, the building became a new attraction Tsaritsyno district.
A new building was erected next to the house being resettled. This will allow residents to maintain their usual lifestyle after the move. The Kantemirovskaya and Tsaritsyno metro stations, as well as the second Tsaritsyno station, are within a 10-minute walk. Moscow Central Diameter.
“Almost 310 Muscovites from building 27 on Kavkazsky Boulevard began inspecting apartments in the new development at the end of summer. Now, 97 percent of the resettlement participants have already made their choice of the offered housing, including more than 60 city residents who have already signed contracts for new property. Muscovites can ask any questions related to document processing and moving at the resettlement information center, which is open for them in a neighboring residential complex, also built under the renovation program — at building 4, block 2 on Yerevanskaya Street,” she added
Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the city’s Department of City Property.
The new building on Kavkazsky Boulevard is designed for 140 apartments. Their total living area is about 8.4 thousand square meters. In addition, three apartments are adapted to the needs of people with limited mobility.

In all buildings constructed under the renovation program, the first floors are non-residential and intended for shops, bakeries, service centers, online order pickup points, pharmacies, and various city organizations.
