In the Aeroport district, two commercial premises were put up for city auctions. The area of each is more than 150 square meters. This was reported by the head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Acquiring premises for business through auctions is a convenient and straightforward procedure that doesn’t even require visiting the location. You can choose a suitable property by district, preliminarily assessing the presence of a target audience and competition, by area, and other criteria. For instance, entrepreneurs considering opening a business in the north of Moscow might be interested in two multi-purpose premises in the Aeroport district. They are situated in residential quarters on Stepana Supruna Street and in 1st Ambulatory Passage. The area of one of them is 196.6, and the other — 152.5 square meters, which allows for implementing projects that require large spaces — from multifunctional household service centers to specialized stores,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located in the basements of apartment buildings at the following addresses: 4 Stepan Suprun Street and 1st Ambulatory Passage, house 2. The application deadline for participation in the auctions will end on October 21 and November 5. The open auctions will take place on October 30 and November 17 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. The seller of the real estate is the capital’s Department of City Property. To participate in auctions, you need to register on the platform and have a strengthened qualified electronic signature.
