Documents provided for by Article 3 of the Moscow City Law dated April 23, 2003 No. 23 “On the Moscow City Election Commission” are accepted at the address: 125009, Moscow, Leontyevsky Lane, Building 24, Room 5 (document acceptance from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, on Friday from 08:00 to 15:45, on the eve of non-working public holidays, the working hours are reduced by one hour).
